Customer Notice – US Agency Change
Dear Valued Customer,
Swire Shipping wishes to advise that we will be making changes to our US based Agency structure, with agency functions being managed internally.
With the recent acquisition of Westwood Shipping Lines, we can now align agency functions and therefore will be moving away from a third-party Agency set up in the US. We will however continue to use vessel husbandry agents.
We will provide regular updates as we progress through this four-month transition period and wish to assure all customers that we intend to make this as seamless as possible, working closely with Interocean Steamship Corporation to continue to provide excellent customer service.
The last vessel Interocean Steamship Corporation will handle will be the Cap Salia 978s scheduled 8 December 2022 into Long Beach.
