Removal of Congestion Charge
Dear Valued Customer,
We would like to inform you that the operational situation in Auckland is improving, with vessel schedules expected to stabilize from June.
In light of this development, we are pleased to advise that we will be removing the Auckland Congestion Fee, applicable to cargo with departure date for Non-FMC origin/destination or received date for FMC origin/destination from 1st June 2022.
Over the past months we have been facing significant schedule disruption as a result of the Auckland congestion and we appreciate your continued support and cooperation as we have managed multiple contingencies to continue to keep the global supply chain moving.
