Luganville Municipal Council Levy
Dear Valued Customers,
In response to Luganville Municipal Council introducing a levy for all containers through the Port of Santo, NPDL will introduce an additional surcharge for all import containers through the Port of Santo, effective 1 January 2022.
The ‘Luganville Council Levy’ will apply for import shipments only, as below:
- VUV 3,000 per TEU on FCL shipments
- VUV 300 per revenue tonne (RVT) on LCL shipments
Exports from Port of Santo will not incur a levy at this time.
